Terms of Service

Version 1 · Last updated 19 Oct 2026Draft for the internal trial

1. The service

AIRVLO is a web application for designing and analysing water distribution networks, provided by the AIRVLO team (“we”). During the trial period the service is free. Paid plans, if introduced, will be announced in advance; nothing you use for free will be charged without your agreement.

2. Your account

You need an account to use AIRVLO. Give a real email address you can access, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account.

3. Your projects

Projects, files and data you create or upload belong to you (or to the organisation you work for). You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run the service for you and the people you share them with. We do not sell them or use them for anything else.

4. Sharing

When you invite someone to a project, they can see (Viewer) or change (Editor) it according to the role you give. You are responsible for whom you invite.

5. Engineering responsibility

AIRVLO results — hydraulic analysis, sizing aids, cost estimates, profiles and exports — support engineering judgement; they do not replace it. Check results against your own standards and data. The engineer or organisation that uses the results remains responsible for the design and for decisions based on it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use AIRVLO to break the law, to access other people’s projects or accounts without permission, to overload or attack the service, to send spam through invitations, or to reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows.

7. Availability

We work to keep AIRVLO available and your data safe, including regular backups, but the service is provided “as is” during the trial and may be interrupted for maintenance. Keep your own copies of important projects (Export .ahn).

8. Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy, “Your rights”). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; where reasonable we will tell you first and let you export your projects.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on results without professional checking.

10. Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way we will update the version and ask you to agree again when you next sign in.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Contact: your AIRVLO administrator.
